I’m Lucy, the designer behind Albialuma. My passion is creating original patterns that I want you all to enjoy.

Designing patterns has changed my life and the way I see the world. Whether I’m walking in a London park or enjoying a holiday somewhere more exotic, plants, animals and architecture constantly provide me with new inspiration in the form of shapes, texture, light and colours.

Never without my camera, when I see something that interests me, I record it and then let my imagination get to work. Shapes that start life as a few pencil lines or watercolour paintings progress from paper to screen where they gradually develop into patterns.

It’s my dream that my designs find life in the hands and homes of people.
